Over the years, my wife and I have bought and sold many houses. Our daughter recently moved away for a job opportunity, and since we are now empty nesters, we decided to downsize. Our most recent real estate adventures have been wonderfully facilitated by Kelly and Tom of Beechler Realty Group. While assisting us with the sale of our house, Kelly went out of her way many times to show us houses to purchase, often with very short notice. Her guidance provided a great deal of comfort throughout the process of viewings, making offers, and unfortunately being outbid. Finally, the home of our dreams was presented to us, and we wasted no time making an offer that was accepted. With their help, we negotiated the sale and closing of the previous home and closed on our new home on the same day, which is no small feat. We love our new home and are very grateful to Kelly and Tom for getting us through the process which was at times quite unnerving. I just sold my Cypress Head house with Kelly Beechler as my Realtor. And I must say that I would heartily recommend her because she made it all so easy for me . . from the initial photo-taking and listing, the showings and negotiating with prospective buyers, plus handling all the paperwork so that I had to only initial important papers before and at the closing.
